Well, first of all, you should:
1. Read Welcome to our Site, Rules and Jobs and Skills
2. Once you've decided what you want to be (student/mercenary etc) you can post your application at the Starting Out section
3. Once the admins approved your application through PM, you can start posting at your classes!
4. Have fun roleplaying!

Oh, I'm a temporary admin here, so I may be bad at explaining.

Nah, I don't think you're crazy because I can't sleep either. And now here I am, writing a reply after just a few hours of sleep. Anyways, after you've posted your character profile, wait for the admins to approve it okay? Since I have no power of doing that, I'm afraid you'll have to wait until the real admins returned from their vacation three days later. Until then, I don't think you can join the main storyline or attend classes just yet. Anyways, this will give you more time to create the best character! So, ganbatte!
